Northern Ireland 2011 - Age
Four fifths (20) of the 25 people injured from fireworks during the 2011 Halloween period were aged under 18. Of those 20 aged under 18, almost two thirds (13) were aged 11 to 15 years.
Similarly, during each of the last five years the highest proportions of those injured from fireworks and reporting to emergency care departments were aged under 18 (Table 5).
